Book a consultation

Complete our online enquiry form to request your complimentary consultation. Tell us what you’d like to create and whether you’d prefer to meet at our Ballito studio or online.

Before we meet

We’ll review your request and email you a detailed questionnaire to help us understand your vision, preferences and the finer details of your piece. We’ll then arrange a suitable date for your consultation.

Explore your ideas

Meet with us at our Ballito studio or online for your complimentary consultation. We’ll explore your inspiration and offer personalised guidance to help shape your bespoke piece.

Approve your quote

Following your consultation, we’ll send you a personalised quote for your piece. Once you’ve accepted, a deposit is required to secure your commission and begin the crafting process.

We create your piece

Once your deposit is received, we’ll begin crafting your bespoke piece with care and attention to detail. Please allow our standard lead time of approximately six weeks.
