CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE
For local orders, we charge a R80 courier fee for your order. The courier service typically takes between 1 to 3 working days for delivery, and please note that a personal signature will be required upon receipt. Alternatively, you have the option to collect your order in person from our Durban studio.
For international orders, we charge a R900 courier fee for your order. Please allow for a delivery time of approximately one to two weeks. All international orders are sent with either DHL or Fedex. Please also be aware that your parcel may be incur a customs charge depending on your country and its laws.
DELIVERY/COLLECTION
To uphold our commitment to the highest quality standards, we kindly request a processing and manufacturing period of 10 to 15 working days for all our jewellery. While our ready-to-shop pieces are treated as 'made-to-order,' if the item is in stock, we'll dispatch it at the earliest convenience.
