If you find yourself dissatisfied with your jewellery purchase upon its arrival, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after your order has been delivered. We are happy to facilitate an exchange for your unworn purchase by providing store credit equivalent to the value of your jewellery purchase. Please note all returns are processed and accepted at our discretion after thorough inspection of the items.

To uphold our commitment to the highest quality standards, we kindly request a processing and manufacturing period of 10 to 15 working days for all our jewellery. While our ready-to-shop pieces are treated as 'made-to-order,' if the item is in stock, we'll dispatch it at the earliest convenience.

The best way to determine your ring size is by visiting your local jeweller and having them measure it for you. If this option is unavailable, you can do it yourself.
Take a strip of cardboard and wrap it around your finger, marking where the ends meet. Unfold the cardboard, measure the length in millimeters, securely tape the ends, ensuring a comfortable fit on your finger.

We cannot be held responsible if the ring doesn't fit due to an incorrect size you provided. For items from our stock (non-custom), we're happy to exchange it for the right size at no extra cost, but you'll be responsible for the shipping. If it's a custom piece, resizing prices start at R200 for sterling silver rings and R300 for gold.
