REFUNDS POLICY

Before making a purchase, ensure you have thoroughly reviewed our list of non-returnable items. This includes custom orders or specially modified jewellery, earrings (for hygienic purposes), sale items, jewellery that has been worn and subsequently damaged, items that exceed the 14 day return period.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please note that courier charges are non-refundable, and the return cost of any packages is the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN COURIER CHARGES

If you find yourself dissatisfied with your jewellery purchase upon its arrival, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after your order has been delivered. We are happy to facilitate an exchange for your unworn purchase by providing store credit equivalent to the value of your jewellery purchase. Please note all returns are processed and accepted at our discretion after thorough inspection of the items.

RETURNS

If the items you receive are damaged upon arrival, kindly notify us within 48 hours after the package has been delivered.
